Hello, and thank you for shopping at BODDACTIVE. We hope you enjoy our product as much as we enjoyed making it for you, but if you are unsatisfied with the fit or style, we will gladly swap it for a different size!
You must exchange the product within 8 calendar days after purchase to be eligible to exchange the product.
The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in its original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Please Note: Once the purchased order is picked up from the customer, the order will reach the Bodd Active warehouse within 10 working days. Once the quality check is done then the exchanged product will be shipped and will reach you within 2-4 working days.
Any returns because of or with any marks or stains will not be accepted. A particular order can only be exchanged/ returned up to 2 times.

Our delivery partner will pick up the return request within 72 hours of the request being placed.
Please note: We don’t offer any refunds. If you choose to return we will give you coupon code via email. You can purchase any product on our website within 1 year with the remaining credit. A particular order can only be returned/ exchanged up to 2 times.
Accessories can't be returned
A coupon code will be generated and sent via mail within 10 working days once checked and approved.

Our team of professionals will check your item and once accepted the needful will be done.
